I pre-bought last summer I had used their pre-buy 2 or 3 times before with no problem. In Dec.

I ordered a fill from my pre-buy my tank was a little over 30% I ordered online I did not know they had changed to 15 business days for delivery since Xmas and new year where 3 day week ends they did not get to me in time. I had to cancel my order and buy locally.

Then in Feb I again ordered my tank fill that was Feb 1, My tank was at 35% to make a long story short I called many times trying to get a date when they would deliver they said my order was placed on the 7th of Feb I had a confirmation e-mail that I sent on Feb 1 by the last week in Feb I again had to cancel my order and buy locally After buying locally I ask for a refund of my $1200 i had spent for prebuy I got a response that on March 7 they had sent my request for refund to billing now it is April 4 and after many phone calls and e-mails I have not received any money back or any propane. You call customer service they can't or will not tell you anything most of the time you get a recording all reps are busy leave your name address phone number and a detailed mrssage and we will get back to you still waiting .
